My family and I were traveling unexpectedly due to a family emergency. We live in Parkville so we were a good hour and a half away from home. It was storming terribly and my windshield wipers completely stopped working. We had to pull over on the high way. My husband tried to fix it but couldn't. We called and drove around to different repair shops. Bobby's shop was the only shop that even offered to take a look. Everyone else turned us away asking if we could come back the next day. We drove to Bobby's shop and they did what they could to fix our windshield. His gorgeous wife went above and beyond and found out that there was actually a recall on the motor for our windshield wipers. She found the nearest Chevy dealership and told us to go there and everything would be fixed. They didn't even charge us. These people were our heros yesterday. I pulled away with tears in my eyes. I really can not thank them enough. God bless them.

Nothing but positive comments for Bobby's Garage. They are good at what they do and their prices are fair. Their vehicle analysis is honest and straight forward. They are not looking to charge people crazy fees just to assess the problem. Their customer service is superb as well. They are over half an hour from where I live and I was having trouble getting transportation to and from to drop off my vehicle for a major needed repair. They issued me a loaner vehicle at no charge. Awesome!
